    What movie features this line?

"It just so happens that your friend here is only mostly dead."

No, this is not an announcement that contemplaydoh is back.  I am, however, slightly alive with a guest blog entry here at randomreviewer.  If you're not familiar with that site, it's run by 3 funny, quirky, slightly edgy guys who have as their stated goal to review everything eventually.  Their scattershot approach to such a big job allows random guest reviewers to get into the act at times, too.  My topic is "Minced Oaths."  Don't know what those are?  Well shucks, you're just gonna have to read to find out then, aren't ya.

ps  I just read the Contemplaydoh Code. A real page turner. It'll be a safe day in Oakland before I make that mistake again. I didn't realize you were such a sequitur progressive. I'm not a smart man, but I know what love isn't.  Still, I'm confused and lonely enough to look at your crossword puzzle, as long as it's wearing pants. And since no one mentioned "Heaven's to Betsy", I will.

BTW - I forgot to mention on this post, great quote from a FABULOUS movie.  One of my faves.....anywho, regarding my caption pictures.....sorry, but I will divulge my sources.

Though that is one of the better photos I've posted in quite sometime.  Great caption, too!

It's always good having people stop by, and Kristi, you and I go way back (that is, if blog years are anything like dog years).  You're always good at getting into the spirit of the post, too, probably due to your gift for sarcasm.  I also liked your comment at the randomreviewer site about Holy Sheepdip.  The whole holy fill-in-the-blank thing seems to offer the best variations on the theme.

Jordyn is right, of course.  Jeezy Creezy, the question really is easy peasy for students of popular culture who actually paid attention to this fun-for-all-ages film.  (Actually, certain crusty old men might prefer popular culture of a different sort, like compromised images of young Britney, I suppose.)

What a pleasant surprise it is to have Rollo drop by, even if it is just southern tea as the spur!  Unlike you, I can't claim to be clever enough to have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express -- I'm not sure London even has any -- but I'm right there with you when it comes to the 3 AM timestamp.  After a great trip there, I've been stuck on London time for 4 days running now which, as you may know, doesn't go so well with a US work schedule.  Hope your own insomnia isn't a long-term thing, Rollo.  A word to the wise: I read somewhere that sleep is good for you.  I was reminded of that recently by my better half who claimed that I was turning into "The Machinist" (if you know that movie reference).  Gaunt-faced guys like me are evidently subject to such commentary.

Speaking of Susan, I see you visited her now famous, officially recognized soccer site.  Everybody should!  I liked the note you left there, too.  NO2 - hahaha.

I find it appropriate that you chose the day before Pearl Harbor day to drop the bomb on us that you were somewhat less dead than we all thought you were. I am not familiar with the line, nor can I say that I gave any more than a fleeting review of the Princess Bride. I did however stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night if that has any impact on the situation. Actually it was a Hampton Inn and it is still last night for many of you - insomnia and sweet tea having something to do with it. Now THAT is a good movie - Insomnia. I love Robin Williams as the bad guy, although the ending left me a little cold ( ok, so forgive the lame attempt at movie reference humor ).  Regardless, I hope that you soon get out of ICU and can work you way off life support to resume your promising career as an internet humorist. The Britney web pictures have lost their interest and the TomKat Nuptuals have lost their glow. I need something else to add value to my otherwise drole existence.

    love and kisses,

Easy, peasy, my friend. The Princess Bride and it was Miracle Max who said it about "the man in black". Love, love, love that movie and I hope you'll stop by my space.
